Due to a recent large contract win, we are looking for self driven and confident Trainee Case Management team members to join our claims handling team.
This role is varied and demanding and requires someone who it organised as they will be required to manage a case load of buildings & contents claims efficiently and proactively in line with client specific requirements and service level agreements.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Settling/declining claims under delegated authority with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service whilst controlling claims spend.
Adhering to customer quality standards and service level agreements set by the company and our clients.
Auditing surveyor reports in line with policy wordings and company processes.
Communicating with customers and insurer clients over the telephone, email and in writing.
Managing third party companies, such as Building Networks, Drying/Restoration suppliers and flooring suppliers
Driving claims to settlement in order to maintain a manageable case load and in order to reduce claims lifecycles.
Updating and creating building repair schedules using our in-house schedule of rates.
Candidates should have experience in a customer service role and demonstrate excellent communication and organisational skills. The successful candidate will be educated to A Level standard as a minimum and will thrive in a fast paced target driven environment.
