We are delighted to announce the appointment of Paul Greenwood to Director of Client Operations at Building Validation Solutions Ltd with effect from 1st November 2015.
The move to this new role plays to Paul's strengths of client retention and growth. Paul has a natural strategic approach to delivering best-in-class customer solutions and this new position will give him the opportunity to lead customer experience and engagement.
Paul has had 10 years experience in the building validation market, having previously been employed at Imperial Consultants, Cunningham Lindsey and Questgates before moving to BVS in January 2011. With an outstanding track record, Paul started his life at BVS as Claims & Operations Manager, a role that he has excelled at for four years.
The senior management team at BVS quickly identified Paul's strengths in client relationship management and within the last two years, has expanded his role to include key customer accounts. With the appointment of Nikki Lloyd Brown to Claims & Operations Manager in November 2015, Paul is now able to devote his full attention to what he does best.
