With a large team of experienced surveyors covering the UK including Northern Ireland, we aim to attend claims within 3-days of notification.  Our SMART Finder technology enables us to agree an appointment date at the first customer contact and to optimise the routes and schedules of our surveyors in order to increase efficiency and reduce the impact on the environment.

Our requirements for engagement of surveyors is a minimum of 5 years building experience. Our surveyors have a wide range of qualifications and include Institute of Building, HND, HNC and NVQ.

In addition to experience and qualifications, all our surveyors go through an intensive in-house training programme.

This includes all surveyors undergoing training and accreditation in asbestos awareness and testing via bSure.  All surveyors are also trained to technician status in respect of drying assessment and management via the British Damage Management Association.
