National Subsidence Manager
Location: Bolton office or home based
Type: Full Time - Permanent
Salary: Salary £65,000-£75,000 + Benefits (dependent on experience)
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
Act as account manager for specified insurer clients, including:
Understand designated insurer clients' processes, philosophies, strategies and future plans.
Develop relationships with supplier relationship managers and key operational staff.
Perform client visits, performance reviews and surgeries in accordance with agreed requirements.
Prepare and circulate outputs of all client meetings to senior management.
To obtain feedback on BVS performance and operational relationships from insurer client teams at regular business reviews.
Escalating and resolving any areas of concern raised by insurer clients.
Carry out monthly analysis of designated client Management Information to identify trends/areas for improvement and opportunities for new products.
Liaise with our Data Analyst to produce bespoke MI reports requested by clients.
Provide technical support to our subsidence team, including:
Referrals and 2nd opinions on cause, liability and claim settlement strategy.
Identification and management of complex and major loss claims
Deliver technical training, system training and audit as required.
Assist the Claims and Operations Manager with financial budgets/forecasting and annual subsidence surge forecasting/planning.
