Client Operations Manager - Vacancy

 

BVS is looking for an experienced and motivated Client Operations Manager to work with our senior management team in order to plan and deliver client relationship activities and support new business opportunities. This is a new role that has developed following the expansion of our UK client base.

 

Job Description:
 
The primary role of the Client Operations Manager is to manage day to day relationships with clients.  You will work with the senior management team to identify opportunities for marketing of new products and initiatives.  This requires a thorough knowledge of the market, our client's strategic plans, and the solutions / services that BVS can provide to complement its existing service offering.  The main duties of the Client Operations Manager are summarised as follows:
 
Existing Client Management
 
  • Act as Client Operations Manager for specified insurer clients
  • Understand designated insurer clients processes, philosophies, strategies and future plans
  • Develop relationships with supplier relationship managers and key operational staff
  • Perform client visits, performance reviews and surgeries in accordance with agreed requirements
  • Arrange BVS Metrix system training and technical training as required
  • Prepare and circulate to senior management outputs of all client meetings
  • Understand BVS processes relevant to the designated clients
  • To obtain feedback on BVS performance and operational relationships from insurer client teams at regular business reviews
  • Escalating and resolving any areas of concern raised by insurer clients
  • To obtain feedback from BVS teams regarding operational relationships and process challenges
  • Present new products and services to current insurer clients as agreed with the senior management team
  • Carry out monthly analysis of designated client Management Information to identify trends / areas for improvement and opportunities for new products
  • Liaise with our Data Analyst to produce bespoke MI reports requested by clients
  • Attend board meetings to summarise client feedback, strategies and future plans
  • Ensure compliance with all external and internal regulations and policies
 
New Business Development
 
  • Feedback of market intelligence and any new service requirements and opportunities
  • Support senior management team in relation to RFI's and presentations for potential new clients
  • Translation of clients' changing requirements into the operational and IT teams
  
Skills & Experience Required:
 
  • Excellent communication & listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with clients and team members
  • Presentation skills
  • Highly organised
  • Ability to analyse and research information
  • Track record of managing client relationships
  • Degree in business management or marketing is desirable but not essential
 
What We Offer
 
Salary:£35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending upon qualifications and experience

Hours: 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday
