Nikki Lloyd Brown joined Building Validation Solutions Ltd as a Case Manager on 1st November 2010. Little did she know at the time that she would be celebrating her 5th work anniversary with a promotion to Claims & Operations Manager. Nikki has a proven track record at the company; in 2011 she was promoted to Team Leader of the First Response team, then Case Management Team Leader in 2013. Her consistent attitude, performance and commitment to developing, coaching and mentoring her team to consistently high standards has undoubtedly contributed to the business's success. We believe that the talent of our people is one of the key areas that makes us unique; Nikki has played an essential role in developing our teams to their full potential and has helped us embed a continuous improvement culture within our organisation in order to enhance the customer experience for our clients and their customers alike.
The role of Claims & Operations Manager was previously held by Paul Greenwood, since his appointment to the company in January 2011. Paul has now moved to the role of Director of Client Operations which plays to his strengths of client retention and growth. Paul has a natural strategic approach to delivering best-in-class customer solutions and this new role will give him the opportunity to lead customer experience and engagement. Paul will work closely with Nikki to ensure that ever changing client requirements are delivered operationally.
