Your BVS Portal Login

 

When you access the BVS portal via the login details provided to you within our introductory letter you will find there is an option to "Ask a Question." You can use this facility to log a complaint directly with your dedicated Case Manager.

 

To help us resolve your complaint as efficiently as possible, please include the following:

 

  • As much information about the complaint as you feel able to give.

  • Any particular actions you wish us to take to resolve your complaint.

  • A contact number and the best time to contact you as we will call you once we have received your message.
